Following your hen party, we kindly invite you to share your experience with HenFree on our selected platforms (Google, Trustpilot etc).

To ensure we receive well-rounded and meaningful feedback, we encourage your group to submit two separate quality reviews:

  • One from the organiser who planned the hen party with HenFree, reflecting the booking and coordination experience
  • One from a guest attending the hen party, capturing the event from a participant’s perspective

By providing insights from both viewpoints, you help us continually enhance our service while offering future customers a clearer picture of what to expect.

    Once your review is submitted and verified, our team will begin creating your magical hen party memory video.
  • 📸 Send Us Your Best Moments
    Provide your favourite photos and/or video clips from the party, following our content guidelines. The sooner we receive your content, the sooner your video will be ready to enjoy!
  • ✅ Permissions & Consent
    By sending in your content, you confirm that everyone featured has given permission and that it can be used in your video.
  • 📢 Sharing the Fun
    We may use short clips from your video or submitted content for marketing—to show off real HenFree hen party experiences. If you’d rather not, simply let us know in writing.

HenFree Review Reward Programme – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

1.1 The HenFree Memory Video (“Reward”) is offered as part of the HenFree Review Reward Programme.
1.2 The Reward is provided in exchange for a qualifying customer review and is not included as a complimentary or standard package feature.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To qualify for the Reward, the booking must be completed in full.
2.2 At least two valid positive reviews must be submitted:

  • One by the person organising and planning the hen party with HenFree, and
  • One by a guest attending the hen party, as instructed by HenFree.

2.3 HenFree reserves the right to determine whether a review is genuine and meets submission requirements.

3. Review Requirements

3.1 Reviews must be submitted on the platforms specified by HenFree (e.g. Google, Trustpilot, etc.).
3.2 Reviews must reflect a genuine customer experience and meet the requirement of two separate quality and positive reviews as outlined in section 2.2.
3.3 Reviews that are deemed fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate will not qualify for the Reward.

4. Content Submission

4.1 Customers must provide photos and/or video clips for use in the creation of the memory video.
4.2 Content must comply with HenFree’s content guidelines, which will be provided after booking.
4.3 HenFree is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by late or incomplete content submission.
4.4 HenFree reserves the right to decline content that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or unusable.

5. Permissions & Consent

5.1 By submitting content, the customer confirms they have obtained consent from all individuals featured.
5.2 The customer grants HenFree a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, edit, and reproduce the submitted content for the purpose of creating the memory video.

6. Marketing Use

6.1 HenFree may use excerpts of submitted content or the final video for marketing and promotional purposes.
6.2 Customers may opt out of marketing usage by notifying HenFree in writing prior to video production.

7. Delivery

7.1 Video production will begin only after:

  • A qualifying review has been received, and
  • All required content has been submitted.

7.2 Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on content quality and volume.
7.3 The video is provided in a digital format only.

8. Limitations

8.1 The Reward has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or substituted.
8.2 HenFree does not guarantee specific video length, style, or editing features.
8.3 HenFree reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Reward Programme at any time without prior notice.

9. General

9.1 By participating in the Review Reward Programme, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
9.2 These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
